At FODMAP Friendly Living, we want to make sure the experience stays, well, friendly. Our policies cover:
What we do with your personal information
We will never sell, rent, lease or exchange your personal information with other businesses or organizations without asking you first (‘personal information’ is information that identifies you, or could reasonably identify you).
We may send emails or post on behalf of other organisations but only when we believe they offer a service that’s right for the customers of FODMAP Friendly Living.
Processing and shipping your order
We will ship products anywhere in Australia, New Zealand or internationally.
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and the delivery address.
We will then inform you of the estimated delivery date and process and ship your order to you as quickly as possible.
For items in stock our policy is to ship out in 1-2 business days. Personalised products will be shipped as soon as the product is completed. If for some reason there is a delay in our office we will update you.
Returning and exchanging products
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately on sales@fodmapfriendlyliving.com to discuss options for exchange or refund.
Returns
If you return the item within 15 days of the delivery date you will be credited the full amount (excluding shipping charges) by the same method as you made the original purchase.
We may charge a fee of 15% of the purchase price or refuse to refund or exchange the item, if:
– the items are returned for refund or exchange later than 15 days of you receiving it at the requested address
– items are not received in new condition
– the package does not contain all the original items
– return package does not include a copy the original invoice or sale receipt
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for one of equivalent purchase price, we will not charge for additional shipping or handling. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, trackable method to this address:

Damaged and missing items
Any claims for damaged or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package. Please contact us at sales@fodmapfriendlyliving.com.
Cancelling orders, classes, seminars and coaching sessions
Products
You can cancel your order only if your order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, then you can contact us to talk about an exchange or refund.
Seminars and cooking classes
If you cancel 7 days before the class starts then you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 7 and 2 days before the start of the seminar or cooking class you will receive a 50% refund. We will not refund for cancellation later than 2 days before the start date or if you don’t attend.
Coaching
If you cancel your coaching session not less than 24 hours before your session then we will fully refund your money. If you cancel within 4 hours of a session you will receive a 50% refund.
