- Fresh spinach
- 70g ground almonds
- ¼ c LSA
- 2 tablespoons tahini or just use nut butter

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Himalayan salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
- Line a baking tray with paper.
- Blend or process the herbs and spinach together until they are finely chopped.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Using your hands form into balls and flatten into a biscuit shape using a spoon or your palm.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Servings : 2
