We have some techniques for eating well which we would love to share with you in our cooking classes.

 

Introduction to low FODMAP cooking

Learn the basics of cooking low FODMAP food. This three hour class includes:
• An introduction to the essential ingredients of a low FODMAP pantry
• Ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner
• Quick and easy snacks

Mid Canterbury Kids Cooking Club Summer Holiday Programme

In partnership with Jen’s Kitchen and our sister Life n Energy, we are proud to announce the launch of the Mid-Canterbury Kids Cooking Club.  The club is a wonderful way for kids to learn how to cook beautiful nutritious food.  The summer holiday programme will run from 12 to 22 January 2015 at Jen’s Kitchen in Ashburton, Mid-Canterbury, New Zealand.

From raw cake decorating, learning to grow and cook with greens, fish ‘n chips and edible gifts, there is a great range of classes.  Find out more here.

Come along and learn some quick and easy ideas for a delicious and nutritious low FODMAP lunchbox. This class will include options for both children and adults.
