Our coach, Catherine Marr, has switched to a low FODMAP and paleo diet herself. She’s made mistakes, overcome challenges and now will never go back to her embraces her newd lifestyle. Her wide life experience, including working as a change manager in one of Australia’s big banks, means that she brings some healthy realism to the challenge of change. Catherine has proven tools and techniques to help you transition easily to your new way of life.
In the first hour-long session she will find out about you, your history, and what you would like to get out of the coaching and get you started on your personalised plan. Follow-up sessions will be tailored to your own personal needs
